Tim’s Kitchen

Tim’s Kitchen was first established in 2000 in Sheung Wan. In just over a decade, it developed from a small local dining place with only 30 seats to a restaurant of renown with branches in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Spurred by their enthusiasm for Chinese culinary traditions, the restaurant’s founders, the Lai family led by award-winning chef Tim Lau, began by first serving homey Guangdong classics and now offer Cantonese banquet delicacies such as shark’s fin, fish maw and goose web.
