The Fat Pig by Tom Aikens

Launched in November 2015, The Fat Pig by Tom Aikens is the second collaboration between award-winning chef Tom Aikens and Classified Group. The restaurant offers a “nose-to-tail” concept focused on pork.  The menu, created for group sharing, offers Western and Asian-inspired dishes  which showcase the versatility of Asia's most popular meat. The casual and contemporary interiors designed by UK's Michaelis Boyd Associates encourage this concept, accentuated by the open space, wide tables, and spacious outdoor terrace overlooking Causeway Bay.
